By using LvUp Labels, you agree to the following terms and disclaimer. These terms apply to your use of the LvUp Labels mobile app and website.
Purpose of the App
LvUp Labels is designed to help users create and manage homemade food labels, batch records, pantry details, ingredient lists, allergen notes, estimated nutrition, QR smart-label summaries, print previews, PDF labels, and food storage details.
LvUp Labels is a labeling, organization, pantry tracking, and estimated nutrition tool. It is not a substitute for professional food safety, nutrition, medical, allergy, legal, or regulatory advice.
Estimated Nutrition Disclaimer
Estimated nutrition only. Not laboratory tested.
Nutrition information provided by LvUp Labels is for general planning and labeling assistance only. Nutrition values may be entered manually, estimated from ingredient information, or assisted by nutrition lookup sources. These values are not laboratory tested and should not be treated as official nutrition facts unless verified through proper testing or qualified review.
Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming nutrition information before printing, gifting, sharing, serving, or selling homemade food.
Food Safety Disclaimer
LvUp Labels does not guarantee food safety.
Users are responsible for following tested recipes, trusted food preservation guidance, proper storage practices, safe handling procedures, and applicable food safety recommendations.
For canning and preservation, always verify processing times, pressure levels, altitude adjustments, acidity, jar size, seal safety, storage instructions, and safe glass handling through trusted food preservation resources.
Allergen Disclaimer
Allergen notes and allergy warnings are based on information entered by the user. LvUp Labels does not guarantee allergen detection or allergen safety.
Users are responsible for reviewing all ingredients, allergen statements, labels, and notes before storing, gifting, sharing, serving, or selling homemade food.
QR Smart-Label Disclaimer
QR codes created by LvUp Labels may contain batch and label details selected from the information entered in the app. Anyone who scans a printed or shared QR label may be able to view the smart-label summary stored in that QR code.
Do not include private or sensitive information in labels or QR codes unless you are comfortable sharing it.
Cottage Food, Selling, and Local Rules
LvUp Labels does not provide legal or regulatory advice.
If you gift, share, serve, or sell homemade food, you are responsible for checking applicable cottage-food laws, labeling requirements, allergen disclosure rules, permit requirements, health department guidance, and local regulations.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
LvUp Labels helps organize and present information entered by the user. The app does not guarantee that labels, nutrition estimates, allergen notes, QR summaries, storage details, pricing calculations, or pantry records are complete, accurate, compliant, or suitable for any particular purpose.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing all label details, batch records, ingredients, allergens, storage instructions, safety notes, nutrition estimates, pricing information, and local requirements before relying on or sharing the information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LvUp Labels and its owner are not responsible for losses, claims, damages, food safety issues, allergic reactions, regulatory issues, printing errors, labeling mistakes, or other consequences resulting from use of the app, website, labels, QR codes, or exported information.
